Wonderful

Great location, friendly staff. Clean room, shower was hot and powerful,, good enough size for us. Breakfast was included.

Bathroom could do with an update decor wise but was clean.

It was good. For solo travellers.

The breakfast was fine. It had a variety. It was healthy.

The room had a slight cigarette smell. The shower was too low. Why a tub? Difficult to shower. No shower curtain.

The staff is helpful. Initial room smells bad with strong cigarette smell but staff allowed us to switch to another room which is much better

A pretty dated hotel, strange bathroom design though with bathtub. Some might be with cigarette smell.

Simple and sweet

Although it looks old outwardly but is clean and it comes with simple breakfast which gives us option. Furthermore, there is a mirror on the dresser which is good for my wife. The location is near to the train station also.

No laundry room so we had to travel to do our laundrys

Great value with everything you need

I especially appreciate the little water dispenser in our room and disposable towel was provided in the bathroom. Overall, it is a great value with free breakfast and excellent location.

The pillows were hard and not comfortable. Breakfast is 7-9 am Mon-Sat or 7-9.30 on sunday which was too early for us.

Great location and value for money

Staff were friendly and helpful. We asked to change our room for one with a shower instead of a bath. They were happy to change. The hotel was walking distance from the station and close to the Chikhan Tower and Confucius Temple plus other sites.

The bathroom had a sliding door which was very close to the bed. The ceilings were quite low which made the room feel small.

Nice stay

Big and comfortable room. Very good bed. Good breakfast and quite big variety of things to eat. The staff was very nice and helpful. Great location

Shower drain was at the opposite side of bathroom, so entire floor was wet long after taking shower.

The hotel is very near most attractions.

The lift is very small and narrow; there is no light at the entrance of the room.

Good value for money!

-friendly and helpful staff. -water filter in the room was very useful. There was a hot water tap as well, but the water was not hot enough to make tea. But the staff was kind enough to lend me a kettle. -staff let me borrow a wall adapter as well. -breakfast was OK. There were lot of options but almost all of them are traditional Taiwanese food. There was bread and scrambled eggs tho. -location is closed to the Tainan railway station and also the Focus shopping mall. -clean and comfortable room

-there weren't any hand towels, only 2 bath towels. -all of the nearby restaurants served local dishes. Tip: if you want international cuisine, food court at the mall is an option.

Wonderful

We enjoyed the breakfast. The food are delicious and the conversation with lady manager is very interesting. She showed us the type of food and way to cook it. It is a very good experience for us. The staff at front desk are helpful to answer our questions about transportation.

Bathroom is small but it is sufficient and clean.
